We want you and your young rider to be completely satisfied with your Guardian bike, which is why we offer a 365-day trial period to ensure the perfect fit and safety. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free return process for all our high-performance safety cycles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack the Bike

  Carefully disassemble the handlebars and pedals, then place the bike back into its original Guardian box using the protective internal packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the bike at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
